Our Business Partner role is a Strategic Talent Acquisition role with key strategic projects (e.g. integration with succession planning, creative proactive sourcing etc), real business partnering and high impact recruitment for key corporate functions.

• Real Business Partnership capability with proven experience in negotiating and influencing
• Highly skilled experienced recruitment specialist / professional with both inhouse and agency/consultancy based experience.
• Specific experience and expertise in recruiting for either sales, marketing and/or R&D roles. Ideally have had experience in recruiting for FMCG roles (not essential).
• Innovative sourcing experience
