An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Laboratory Manager Brewing Quality Assurance to join our Quality Assurance team at our Abbotsford Brewery
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager in this leadership role you will take responsibility to manage the operations of Abbotsford laboratories, to provide accurate and timely analysis of brewing and microbiological parameters to SABMiller standards to support the Brewing Team. This will include leading the direction of a team of 12 technicians across 3 laboratories, resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement projects with internal and external focus.
Tertiary qualified in Science (ideally chemistry/microbiology) or Brewing, you will be a seasoned leader and change agent looking to solidify your leadership career. Your background and passion for brewing coupled with your ability to influence and drive ISO and HACCP policies and procedures will position you as a strong candidate for this role
