An exciting new opportunity now exists for a Brewing Manager to join our signature production site in the heart of Melbourne for Carlton United Brewers which is recognised for its 'world class' water efficiency and 'Continuous Improvement' processes.
A newly created opportunity has now opened up for a Brewing Manager to lead the Brewing function from a People, Plant, Process and Systems framework. Reporting into the General Manager of Southern Operations and in tandem with the Brewmaster this role will play a key role in driving change to ensure compliance to the SABMiller Manufacturing Way.
Supported by a team of specialists, this role is accountable for not only strategically lifting benchmark quality and production, but more importantly, leading and championing the people change component. This is a rare opportunity to be intrinsically involved as a key figure head and change agent as we implement SAB Millers world class Manufacturing programme during a dynamic period of growth.
As a Tertiary qualified, seasoned people leader, we are looking for a high calibre professional with extensive experience in a large complex beverage environments with complimentary domain exposure in Brewing (Packaging and /or Engineering will also see you well placed). Alternatively you may have worked in multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical business at a senior leadership position in manufacturing. Well versed in effecting change in unionised environments you pride yourself on being able navigate in a calm, collegial manner, ensuring your team has a clear line of sight of the business outcomes .
