Applications are invited from suitably experienced Registered Nurses for the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Night duty - Derwent Ward.
Derwent Ward is a 31 bed Medical/Surgical ward with a 3 bed HDU, renowned for its friendly team atmosphere and exceptional nursing care.
Ringwood Private Hospital is a 74 bed Medical, Surgical and Oncology Hospital that provides excellence in customer service and patient care. Specialities that make up our service include general medical, ENT, Plastics, gastroenterology, Gynaecology, Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, Vascular, Respiratory Medicine, as well as a comprehensive oncological service.
Essential Criteria:
Registered Nurse Division 1 with current AHPRA registration
Excellent ability to plan and prioritise work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with a multidisciplinary team
Well-developed leadership and management skills
A wide range of medical/surgical nursing expertise
