Job Title: Practice Manager - Mountain Creek Medical Centre

Mountain Creek Medical Centre is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Practice Manager to join their team on a Permanent Full Time basis Monday to Friday.
As Practice Manager within this practice you will report directly to the State Manager, and your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the practice ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and accreditation standards
Coordinate and manager the accreditation process for the practice
Providing leadership and direction to support staff and Doctors
Rostering of Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors ensuring sufficient coverage of support staff whilst maintaining efficiency
Recruitment of Reception and Nursing employees as required
Identifying areas for revenue growth, service provision expansion, and quality improvements within the practice
Coordination of internal marketing strategies including promotion of the practice's range of services to the community with a focus on enhanced patient care, maintaining and increasing patient volume, and overall practice growth
Medical Reception duties as required
Overseeing debtor and account management for the practice
Weekly reporting of practice statistics and performance
Reporting directly to the QLD State Manager as required for additional support, and regarding the overall performance and operation of the clinic

As the successful applicant you will have:
Minimum 5 years General Practice experience
Prior and recent experience within a busy, medium-large size General Practice in a management or senior position
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Positive attitude, maturity, and a focus on team work
The ability to effectively make decisions, manage difficult situations and problem solve
Advanced computer skills and extensive experience using patient information systems
