Looking to support future growth of CUB an exciting opportunity now exists for a Manufacturing Development Specialist to join our Brewing Team at the Yatala site.
A newly created opportunity has now opened up for a Manufacturing Development Specialist- Brewing & Utilities to implement, lead and facilitate the framework of our new world class Manufacturing Way, to ensure embedment across the Brewing & Utilities domain in Yatala. This role will play a critical part in leading the cultural change of the Manufacturing Way programme, specifically the Manufacturing Development Specialist will divide their time between implementing the work processes and facilitating the problem solving across their domain.
As a change agent, your leadership skills demonstrate the proven capacity to lead improvement projects in complex matrix environments. With a strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, you are confident in communicating with a very wide level of stakeholders. You should be familiar with both lean manufacturing and be able to demonstrate an understanding of brewing beer and relevant tertiary qualifications.
