On any given day you'll be relieving across our southern stores with locations including but not limited to Fremantle, Success, Booragoon, Spearwood, Maddington and Armadale. You'll meet and serve customers, process transactions and manage lending applications to help make our customers dreams a reality. Motivated and confident to make it happen, your retail mind-set will assist your team to reach their full potential. You'll provide total management of the store, (including up skilling and coaching of staff), whilst ensuring excellent service is delivered to all our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven people leadership and coaching skills
A strong sales ethic with the ability to generate leads and provide a high level of service
Negotiation and problem solving skills
Experience in consumer lending is highly regarded;
Local community business knowledge and contacts advantageous.
Your ability to build strong rapport with customers and the community is key along with an orientation towards business development. The successful applicant will be eager to venture out and understand our customer's and help them realise their dreams.
