About the role

This role has a strong degree of sales and as such you need to be comfortable in identifying opportunities and making suitable recommendations to our customers.
A proactive approach when engaging customers will ensure that you deliver our customer the ultimate banking experience. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and engage in quality conversations.
About you
As a strong performing sales specialist you will:
Be competent in or willing to develop in personal loans, credit cards and transactional banking;
Be ready to take on greater responsibilities and further development;
Be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and engage in quality conversations;
Show an outstanding attitude and embrace challenges; and
Be proactive when engaging customers ensuring that you deliver the ultimate Retail Experience.
Tier 2 accreditation will be highly regarded for this role, however is not essential
