Currently we have an opportunity for a Project / Contract Administration Officer to join the Port Lincoln team. We are seeking an analytical and experienced Administrator to assist in the development, management, and operation, of the finance and administration systems. This role will initially be offered as a six month fixed-term contract, which may become permanent.
About you
• Experience in administering construction, road surfacing or road maintenance contracts will be highly regarded.
• Accurate processing of high volume documentation (ie. Accounts, payroll).
• Reconciliations of accounts.
• Accurate data entry and records management.
• Demonstrated project or contracts administration experience within a financial accounting environment.
• Excellent organisation skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
