Job Description
Perform on-site surveys of Debtor Finance customers’ accounting records to identify any trends that may put the Bank’s lending at risk
Analyse, interpret and report on survey findings and make recommendations to assist in managing the risk associated with the facilities reviewed
Educate customers to ensure they comply with their obligations under the Debtor Finance Business Facility Agreement
Assist in processing workloads in the Debtor Finance Operations team at peak times
Required Skills
Knowledge of the SME market
Understanding of business lending principals
Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel
Knowledge of accounting packages such as MYOB, QuickBooks etc
Customer relationship management experience.
Required Experience
Minimum of three years experience in the Debtor Finance, Accounting or Business Banking
Understanding of accounting principals and practices, in particular, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, balance sheets, P&L statements and cash flow analysis
