Job Description
To improve the customer experience and to retain customers through service recovery and complaint resolution.
To inform customers about the bank’s services and products where necessary.
Respond to a variety of customer complaints by investigating and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.
To consistently seek ways to improve the way we do business and escalate those identified to the relevant areas.
To provide assistance, support by consulting with the wider bank network.
To identify compliance breaches and potential systemic issues within the current Policy and Procedures
Demonstrate Accuracy, Responsiveness, Courtesy and Partnership
Required Skills
:
Efficient and effective problem resolution whereby to minimise the duration of complaints under consideration by the Ombudsman.
Provide fast proactive responses to all telephone/written complaints/disputes
Provide customers with accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services
Research information required for effective resolution of complaints.
Resolve in a manner aimed at retaining valued customers.
Support the wider network in effective complaints handling.
