The Client Services Administrator role purpose is to provide exceptional customer service to advisers/brokers or employer/superfund clients by completing work requests within service standards and to a superior quality standard.
.The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Accurate processing of all client requests
Accurately bank and allocate premium payments ensuring that adviser commission payments will be correctly processed
Respond to adviser/client telephone and email enquiries, as required
Maintenance of accurate records within administration and workflow systems
Ensure all administration tasks / reports are completed with agreed timeframes
Complete ad hock tasks (eg project work etc)
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
2 years or more experience within Customer Service
Complaint resolution and problem solving experience
Strong customer focus
High degree of personal organisation and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Relationship development and management
