Below are the terms and procedures for the registration:
Job Title: FLYING INSTRUCTOR

Your high level instructional ability paired with your experience in a military environment will enable you to become a leading member of our flight training team and:
• Provide day to day instruction and supervision of allocated trainees, to ensure maximum efficiency of flying and simulator training
• Establish and maintain a high personal standard of instructional technique and operating standards
• Promote all aspects of safety to all personnel associated with flight operations and maintain a high personal standard
• Conduct ground and mass briefings as required
• Encourage trainees to maintain high levels of self-discipline, punctuality, concern and consideration for others, professional appearance, alertness, enthusiasm, cooperation, personal integrity and loyalty
• Motivate and influence individuals and teams across a number of business areas to shape and implement customer and business requirements
As the primary provider of aviation practical instruction your range of skills will include:
• Experience in military flying environment and qualified as a flying instructor
• Minimum of 1500 hours of total aeronautical experience with 500 hours of instructional experience
• Aerobatics training and low level and formation training experience
• Current Australian Commercial Pilots License or equivalent
• Grade 1 or 2 Instructor Rating or equivalent
• Command Instrument Rating
• Understanding of Civil Aviation Orders and Civil Aviation Regulations applicable to flying school operations
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills and customer focused approach to tasks with a high level of drive and commitment
