Reporting to the HSWC Manager, the Systems & Reporting Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all business systems and documentation utilised in health, safety and workers compensation. In addition, this role is responsible for the production and distribution of performance reporting of health safety and workers compensation measures throughout the business and providing administrative support to the HSWC Team. This is an opportunity for an individual with demonstrated administrative, organisational and advanced communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
The successful applicant will possess:
Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field (or working towards)
Demonstrated performance (month-end) reporting experience
Excellent customer service
Experience in an administrative role
Excellent computer skills ( particularly Excel)
Exposure/Familiarity with third party management systems
