We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the largest Food & Beverage operation in the Southern Hemisphere. The portfolio will encompass the Room Service Division of Crown Towers, Crown Promenade and Crown Metropol along with fine dining restaurants located within each hotel. This role is responsible for partnering with the outlet Managers to ensure delivery of the Food & Beverage business strategy.
As a key member of the Food & Beverage Team you will have had international experience in managing multiple outlets and in-room dining. You will have excellent communication skills, exceptional customer focus and strong attention to detail, preferably in a large five-star hotel with exposure to high volume. As a leader, you will be quality focused, encourage collaboration and ensure that exceptional standards and outstanding service is offered to all guests.
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in 5* International hotel
Previous experience in managing multi outlets and room service
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with a passion for food and beverage
Immaculate presentation to meet 5 star expectations
Ability to multi task and work well in a fast paced environment
