Crown Melbourne is currently recruiting for a number of out-going and passionate individuals to join our expanding team in the role of Entertainment Assistant. Based on the Gaming Floor, you will be responsible for providing an exciting and entertaining experience to all patrons through the organisation and facilitation of quality promotions and entertainment activities.
What you need:
A proactive approach to customer service with the ability to engage with customers on all levels
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Strong learning agility with the ability to absorb new information quickly
Natural leadership abilities, demonstrating confidence, presence and professionalism
The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
Exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
