We are currently searching for an experienced Sous Chef to join our hardworking team. To succeed in this role you must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this fast paced 24/7 challenging environment. Your knowledge on food and flavours is essential in guiding the team to excellence.
Your responsibilities include the day to day operation of the kitchen, adherence to food and labour cost, and providing leadership, support and coaching to your team
What you need:
Significant relevant experience in a similar Sous Chef position
Effective leadership skills
Ability to rapidly adapt to and lead a team though change
Create menus based on Crown's promotional activities
Display creativity and passion for food
Ability and willingness to partner with similar styled outlets across the complex
Exceptional customer service, grooming and presentation
Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
Must be willing and able to work across a 24/7 roster
