A rare opportunity has opened up for a highly skilled and creative specialist Japanese Chef to join and lead our award-winning team. As an expert in sashimi and sushi, udon noodles, teppanyaki, teriyaki and tempura you will enjoy sharing your expertise and knowledge with others. This role creating easonal Japanese menu ideas, overseeing kitchen operations and production as well as the development and management of staff.
With several years' experience in a leadership role, responsible for the running of a successful traditional Japanese restaurant & kitchen, you will be ready for the challenge of enhancing Koko's reputation and business. Experienced liaising with a wide range of key stakeholders you will adapt well to the Crown corporate structure that allows you the autonomy to run your own restaurant whilst being able to leverage off the resources and support that a much larger organisation can offer. You will heighten Koko's traditional food offerings through professional and guest interactions.
