Great introduction into the hospitality industry
Start off the year with a new career opportunity in the hospitality industry. With no experience necessary, now is the chance to be introduced to Crown's 5 star environment ranging from functions, casual eateries, premium dining and fast paced bars. With over 25 different Food and Beverage venues under one roof, you will get hands on experience in a Front of House role as well in house training to support you in the traineeship.
This position is a 10 month traineeship during which you we placed into 4 different styled venues. Upon successful completion you will receive a Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations).
To be successful for this role you will need:
Commitment and passion for the Food and Beverage Industry
The willingness and ability to commit to a 10 month traineeship
Strong communication
Exceptional grooming standards and presentation
Full availability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
High standard customer service focus
No prior qualifications in a Certificate III or higher (including university qualifications)
