Set in the perfect location overlooking the Yarra River and Melbourne's city skyline, lies Club 23. Offering a luxurious lounge like no other, guests can experience a beverage menu that exceeds all expectations including tailored cocktails and a vast selection of spirits. Club 23 is modern and unique environment catering for both private and public functions.
To ensure that all customers receive a high standard of service, we are looking for experienced bar and wait staff who enjoy working in a room full of VIP's. With proven experience you will have an excellent knowledge of premium products and the demonstrated ability to constantly learn and update on the latest trends.
To be successful for this role you will need:
Passion for the hospitality industry
Premium food and beverage experience in a similar venue
Great product knowledge in a bar environment
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with all guests
Commitment and passion for providing exceptional standards and outstanding service
Excellent grooming standards and presentation to meet and exceed our 5 star standards
Willingness and ability to work a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
Availability for 1 week of full time training
Demonstrated team work in a busy environment
