Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible for driving the functional deployment of Siebel and other major service systems in APAC regions, specifically leading the functional deployment of Service Entitlments (contracts and warrenty), pricing and commercial processes for APAC Services.
The role shall report to the Service System & Infrastructure Manager, APAC Services.
Job location: Open to cities within APAC regions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the implementation of Service Contracts and Warranty entitlements, pricing and other commercial applications aspects of major systems and processes.
- Responsible for Siebel system implementation of Service entilements, pricing and other commercial processes in Services APAC.
- Identify and map service entitlments and commercial processes applicable to Service business for Siebel deployment.
- Provide support to Field Engineers and Service Sales in all APAC regions during Siebel system deployment, training and reduction to practice.
- Partnering with global and regional teams to ensure the operational execution and reduction to practice of commercial processes via Siebel during pre-and post-launch.
- Drive program coordination between region teams, APAC and global COEs during all stages of pre-and post-go live stages.
- Support post-go live change management of major system implementations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in Engineering, Service, Manufacturing or related operations; OR Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in Engineering, Service, Manufacturing or related operations
- Previous ERP managament experience (operational or implementation)
- Strong communication skills, especially with remote teams
- Strong knowledge of quality metrics
- Experience in project management and implementation
- Good understanding of service metrics, tools and processes
Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
