Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our production team at our manufacturing operations at Lane Cove . Reporting to the Production Supervisor this role is responsible for:

Role responsibility:

Assemble and process medical device components for the Cochlear implant System.
Micro assembly of medical device components
Adhere to GMP, ESD requirements
Follow quality assurance procedures
Meet personal targets and team targets
Follow production procedures and equipment care guidelines
Attend training and pass required training assessments for learned skills
Comply with WHS requirements
Understand, accept and promote the Cochlear Core Values
As a valued Team Member, it will be your responsibility to:

Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services
Identify and support the implementation of continuos improvement
Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverable
Work safely, complying with safety procedures, rules and instruction
Key Requirements

Ability to use a microscope to perform complex operations
Previous micro assembly experience advantageous
Soldiering experience
First Aid Certificate desirable but not essential
