Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Serivce department for 6 months at our Asia Pacific regional headquarters located on campus at Macquarie University. Working in a small team you will bring your experience in providing professional support to customers in Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective responses to email, fax, phone and verbal requests from both internal and external customers on topics such as product, warranty and service. You will also process RMA (Return Material Authorisation) in a timely fashion and work collaboratively with the Asia Pacific Service & Repair team and logistics team.
