We are currently seeking a CRM System Analyst to represent Sales across all areas including prospect and record enhancement, lead generation, pipeline, target management and customer retention. The position will also require you to focus on implementing key requirements for a successful CRM platform.
The position sits within Sales Platform & Business Delivery, reporting into Sales Development & Operations. The CRM System Analyst will manage and co-ordinate the delivery of Sales requirements, process deliverables, testing, training and communication.
Located in Macquarie Park, this position is a great opportunity to join Australia's 2nd Largest Telco. Ideally we are looking for someone with strong Technical knowledge (development & enhancement) of the Salesforce CRM platform. Experience in the development and implementation of new systems, processes and ways of doing business will be highly regarded as will experience working in medium to large enterprise environments. Experience in Informatica Cloud and Teradata is an additional advantage.
