We're specialists in the delivery of high value services to Utilities organisations across Australia including Consulting, Solutions Development and Customer Management services. Reporting to a Lead Quality Analyst, the Quality Analyst will bring strong analytical, communication, time management and presentation skills to their role.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:
set up and maintain high quality testing standards and processes
build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
develop Test Strategies, Test Plans /Approach and Test Cases and ensure they meet project requirements
review Business Requirements & Specification relating to the product/software for test planning
execute Test Strategy Plans (TSP), Test Plans and Test Cases for projects based on project requirements, software and publication material
ensure Test environments are maintained and updated regularly
manage defects including logging new defects, closing off defects fix or escalate the priority of defects
recommend and implement improvements to processes and system interfaces, which result in greater efficiency and/or accuracy
take part in Post Implementation Reviews where required
share knowledge by documenting processes, to strengthen the business and protect against knowledge loss
To be successful in this role, you will:
have experience working in the utilities industry (Electricity, Gas and/ or Water)
have excellent verbal and written communication skills
have strong analytical skills with demonstrated creative problem solving skills
be resourceful and demonstrate initiative
be process driven with a natural ability for seeking to continually improve
be able to work in an unstructured environment (when required) and participate in formalising organic processes
In addition, possessing the following skills, knowledge and experience will be highly regarded:
a commercial understanding of the Customer Service and Customer Operations functions including customer life cycles
an understanding of internal and external client relationships and impacts to the broader business
an understanding of gas and electricity regulations
relevant tertiary qualifications
