Serviceworks Management, a Computershare company is a rapidly growing services business with over 550 staff. We specialise in the delivery of high value services to Utility businesses across Australia including Consulting, Solutions Development and Customer Management services.
Due to business growth, we have Credit & Collections Officer roles available at our new St Kilda Road office. Reporting to the Credit & Collections Team Leader, this role will see you joining an energetic and fast paced team environment, which services an energy retailer.
Responsible for day-to-day credit and collections activity, the key responsibilities of this role are to:
respond to inbound credit and collections enquiries,
conduct outbound collections calls and reminders,
work with clients to resolve enquiries and offer assistance in reducing debt, and
provide credit specialist support to Customer Service and Customer Operations teams.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, particularly in the energy industry. However, experience in an inbound or outbound credit role will be highly regarded.
In this Full Time role (37.5 hours per week) you will be required to work on a rotating roaster between 8.00am-8.00pm Monday to Friday.
We will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills to be able to excel in your role.
