The key responsibilities of our Customer Operations Representative roles are to:

oversee customer activation, transfers, billing, payments and service order activities, including system work queues, exceptions and reporting in accordance to Service Level Agreements
assist with the investigation and resolution of escalated complaints related to customer activation, transfers, billing, payments and service orders
provide specialist support to Customer Service and Customer Operations teams
prevent complaints escalating to Ombudsman
ensure adherence to regulations and policies to ensure compliance
analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best solution
Where do I sign up, I hear you say. Well, first of all, you have to meet the following criteria:

previous experience in a similar back of house processing and administration role and/or contact centre customer service experience
previous experience within the utilities industry will be highly regarded
have proven analytical and attention to detail experience
be comfortable working in a busy changing environment
have excellent written and oral communications skills
have full working rights to work in Australia
available to work 37.5 hours per week
