We currently have three exciting six month fixed term contract opportunities within the Premium New Connections team. The Premium New Connections Consultants will work co-operatively with the sales team to drive the achievement of customer acquisition, revenue generation and long term goals in line with company strategy. These positions will report directly to the Team Leader of the Premium New Connections team and will be responsible for delivering a premium service to our major builders and customers who generate large volumes of new connections and alterations. This will be achieved by ensuring quality customer service is offered through case management and by actively monitoring requests to ensure agreed timeframes are maintained. You will also be responsible for responding to telephone, email, fax, inbox and after hours enquiries to ensure that all records are up to date.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Possess an excellent telephone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills
Have proven customer service experience with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
Be proactive and target focused with a strong sense of timeliness
Possess well developed problem solving skills
Demonstrate high attention to detail
Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Have intermediate PC skills that includes knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
The Premium New Connections team operates from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and you must have flexibility to work an eight hour shift between these times. Located in the Spencer Street building, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to take the next step in their career!
