We're currently on the lookout for the best and brightest customer service representatives for our Melbourne contact centre in our customer care team. Our customer care team handles all of our inbound customer calls (70 - 100+ per day), predominantly around gas and electricity products and services. As the first point of contact for our retail customers, you will be the face and voice of our organisation, providing a superior customer experience to all of our retail clients. It is the people in our customer service centers that help to set us apart from our competitors.
Our most successful customer care representatives have exceptional customer service skills, either developed in a previous contact centre role or an alternative position requiring the very best customer service standards. So if you are a hospitality guru, a retail whiz or a contact centre star - it doesn't matter to us. If you've got fantastic communication skills, enjoy achieving within a KPI driven environment and thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience, then we want to hear from you!
