Job Description
The purpose of this position within the Banking & Card Services team is to ensure that customer requests from Branches and other departments are processed in an efficient and accurate method.
The Operations Officer role works within the Banking & Card Services team providing administration support in relation to Audits, Government Compliance and various other Administration tasks.
These include interest adjustments, voucher administration, processing of Product Conversions, stationery requests, setting interest rates, unclaimed monies, Token Management, Liquidation searches, Armaguard settlement report, TFN Amendments, Accountable Forms, Production of form 11 letters
Staff in this position is required to action all customer requests efficiently and accurately within service levels.
Required Skills
Substantial knowledge of the Bank’s general banking operations
Working knowledge of Windows (Word,Excel) programs
Sound knowledge of industry obligations
Ability to work within a team to achieve results
Good communication skills
Required Experience
Proven customer service orientation
Previous Banking/Branch experience is preferred
