Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Grade 2
Geelong Private Hospital
Maternity Leave Position - Fixed Term contract
Close to public transport
Accredited Occupational Therapist preferred
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our busy hospital to provide Occupational Therapy services to our inpatient rehabilitation, medical and coronary care wards. The opportunity also exists for the successful applicant to be involved in the provision of a structured cognitive group program within our outpatient service.
Responsibilities also include the supervision of Grade 1 Occupational Therapists and students. Support is provided by a Chief Occupational Therapist, within the structure of a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
Essential Criteria:
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to be flexible and work within a multidisciplinary team
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and eligibility for membership of AAOT
Professional OT Registration with AHPRA
Current Driver's License
Demonstrated experience in the provision of cognitive rehabilitation desirable
