We are seeking an energetic person with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and a sound knowledge of the Health Industry. This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Hotel Services Manager.
Areas of responsibility include:
Management of the Food Services and Environmental Services Departments
Responsible for 100% Food Safety compliance
Management of Key Performance Indicators for Food Services and Environmental Services Departments
Responsible for achieving 90% patient satisfaction for Food Services and Environmental Services Departments
Pine Rivers Private Hospital is a 79 bed mental health facility that offers a range of treatment programs including drug and alcohol services, ECT and TMS and Doctors Consulting suite. Located in the Brisbane suburb of Strathpine, 21km north of Brisbane City.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Chef - Min. Cert III, Commercial Cookery
Must have at least 5 years' experience managing both Food Services and Environmental Services
Previously managed a Food Safety Program and have a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Understanding of OH&S requirements and continuous quality improvement is essential
Proven experience in human resources management
Ability to train, motivate and lead a team
