A minimum of 2 years full time experience in Clinical Microbiology
Healthscope Pathology Queensland is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Scientist for its Eight Mile Plains Laboratory Microbiology Department. This role requires an individual with relevant technical experience and excellent communication skills to liaise with referrers, patients and staff.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent
Experience with plate reading and subsequent investigation essential
Experience with instrumentation, managing inventory, QC, QAP, evaluation and performance monitoring desirable
The successful applicant will work within all areas of the Microbiology department at the Eight Mile Plains Laboratory.
