The  Advice Business is responsible for the provision of financial advice and services to clients through a range of advice businesses and brands including Commonwealth Financial Planning, BW Financial Advice, Financial Wisdom, Whittaker Macnaught, Count, and Advice Essentials.

A motivated, creative and results focused financial services recruitment professional is required to manage a leading edge recruitment service for the CFS Advice business.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high-level of professional recruitment advice to senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Day to day management of a team of 5 experienced recruiters
Produce and review required recruitment measures and metrics with a clear focus on service improvements, capability building and cost optimisation
Continually review candidate attraction activities to ensure an optimised mix to include internals, referrals, direct sourcing and recruitment supplier utilisation
Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future advice vacancies
Ensure that selection & assessment tools are appropriate for the skills required
Support the Bank's internal diversity & inclusion focus across multiple locations
'Hands on' recruitment of senior positions and other roles during peak periods
Develop a high-performing recruitment service able to expertly handle candidates and hiring managers through the Advice recruitment process to high levels of satisfaction
Act as a 'brand ambassador' for recruiting purposes managing the Employee Value Proposition
Negotiate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Requirements:

Experience in managing teams remotely and building strong business relationships over multiple locations
Strong experience in the Financial Services indsutry with exposure to FOFA and EU's would be an advantage
Experience of working within an in-house recruitment operation, or RPO-type environment, in a large, global, complex and multi-tiered environment
High volume recruitment experience within the financial services industry preferred
Sound understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements impacting hiring decisions in financial services
Recruitment team leadership experience demonstrable with strong stakeholder management skills
Expert knowledge of candidate direct sourcing techniques to include social media
Act as a 'change agent' in supporting transformational activities and creating a functional culture of continuous improvement in recruiting.
