It's all happening at the Club! Whether you fancy a fantastic meal in the bistro, a punt on the pokies or a refreshing brew in the bar, our family friendly pub has something to offer everyone.
The Club Hotel, Waterford is currently seeking an experienced and successful Head and Commi Chef to join their fast paced kitchen team.
Working unsupervised and also within a team environment you will be responsible for producing quality dishes in a timely manner. You will require proven leadership skills and a strong orientation towards customer service. We are looking for team members who love coming to work every day and can add value to our team.
To be successful in these positions you will require proven experience working within a high volume kitchen environment where you have successfully mastered your time management skills. You will understand the requirements for food preparation to prescribed standards, together with maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
As our Head Chef you will be responsible for quality control, food costing, stock ordering and rostering of the kitchen team. Your passion for cooking and perfect presentation will also see you succeed in this exciting role.
You will have flexible availability to work rostered shifts across hotel trading hours including nights and weekends. This will include split shifts.
