We're looking for an Apparel Team Leader who wants to make our customers shopping experience more meaningful and enjoyable at Coles Port Lincoln.

As the Apparel Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the execution of merchandising and sales strategies in the MIX apparel department and provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the team to deliver the highest standards of store presentation, inventory control and customer service. You will have previous experience and exceptional product knowledge in apparel and retail management. With a flair for visual merchandising, event and seasonal implementation you will be customer focused and adept at coaching and motivating a team and managing change. This exciting role will provide significant career potential and a unique opportunity for you to be a part of the new, large format stores in the Australian market place.
