We are currently seeking a Customer Complaints Coordinator to work as part of our Quality team to investigate product issues and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest level. This role is crucial to the improvement of products and services and as part of you role you will also take charge of the management of recalled devices and adverse event reporting for the Asia Pacific region.
As part of your role you will ensure timely receipt, logging and analysis and response to customer complaints in order to maintain Cochlear's strong customer care focus, ensuring they are managed in compliance with policies and procedures. This role will also involve the analysis of trends, liason with various groups such as R&D, and the preparation of key metrics for reporting.
This role offers the chance to lead and provide training to facilitate accurate reporting and management of complaints, and work in across organizational boundaries, manufacturers and an Asia Pacific focused role with exposure to cross cultural and multi-lingual environments.
Applicants should possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Science, Engineering, Quality
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
Using computer based analytical, statistical and modeling tools to identify and improve processes
Provide support to Customer Facing Teams
Ability to understand technical information / products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to influence and work across cultures
Ideally you will also possess;
Familiar with use of International Quality Management System standard
Quality Management System Auditing certification
Familiar with requirement of Adverse Event Reporting
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and process control techniques an advantage
