We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support virtual bid teams on a national basis, in winning the business of major organisations within the large corporate and government sectors. The Major Bids unit focuses only on the largest opportunities and clients Optus works with. You may be working in a similar position currently and looking to leverage your experience into a role working with a blue chip client list on the largest and most prestigious deals in the sector. Alternatively you may have a background supporting large teams in organising and delivering client-centric documentation and project support.
As a pivotal support resource for the Major Bids unit, this exciting opportunity will have you working in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business, therefore paramount to your success will be your ability to communicate at all levels. You will directly contribute to the Optus account team's win strategy on each opportunity and translate this into a plan for execution.
Experience from within the ICT sector is highly desirable. If you can manipulate costing and pricing data, and manage legal paperwork such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements you will be ahead of the game
