Downer Infrastructure is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team at our Maddington office. As the first point of contact and an ambassador for our business you will have a positive outlook and a desire to assist.
As a part of the larger Administration Team your core responsibilities will include:
Answering all incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner
Mail sorting and distribution
Filing, data entry
General office support
Arrange couriers and deliveries
Provide a high level of internal and external customer service
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possesses a high attention to detail, intermediate computer skills and is able to pick up new tasks easily. This together with your bright personality and a can do attitude will see you succeed in this pivotal role. We will add more responsibility to this role as long as the person demonstrates a willingness to learn and an eagerness to advance within the business. Most importantly you will be a team player and have the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business.
