An exciting opportunity now exists for a Packaging Manager to join our precedence packaging line in the heart of Melbourne for Carlton United Brewers which is recognised for its 'world class' water efficiency and 'Continuous Improvement' processes.
Reporting into the overall site Packaging Manager your remit will be to ensure maximum optimisation of the two high speed, high volume lines. Your sphere of influence will include championing a safety culture, effective use of raw materials, and with the support of 3 Production Coordinators implementing the SABMiller Manufacturing Way across 3 shift production.
As a Tertiary qualified Engineer, and seasoned people leader, we are looking for professionals with extensive experience in a large high volume packaging environments. Well versed in effecting change in unionised environments you pride yourself on being able navigate in a calm, collegial manner, ensuring your team has a clear line of sight of the business outcomes .
