The BlueScope Australia and New Zealand, Sales & Marketing department is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Leader to join our energetic team on a six month fixed term, part time basis. In a shared capacity with other Marketing Communications Leaders you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Marketing Communications plan for the Commercial and Industrial segment.
As part of the Marketing Communications team you will interface with all Segment Managers to identify requirements and interpret segment strategy. This will involve working closely with key external agencies to develop and deliver campaigns as well as:
Developing and managing the public relations and general communications content plan for sponsored platforms including industry associations
Leading digital marketing communication plans and executing through the web team function
Managing external contracted services including creative media and public relations
Managing brand visual identity and contributing to the direction for branch architecture plans aligned with product and brand DNA
Governing, brand equity development and protection
Budget management for segment campaigns and general marketing communications
Significant experience in Public Relations and campaign management is essential, coupled with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of online production. You will have strong project management skills in the successful management of large complex multi disciplined projects, along with well developed analytical and implementation skills.
You will be a team player with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This will be supported with a high level of proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel Analytics packages.
Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills are essential along with your drive for results and attention to detail.
A Degree in marketing or related discipline is essential.
