Where do I sign up, I hear you say. Well, first of all, you have to meet the following criteria:
previous experience in a sales and customer service contact centre,
be comfortable warm calling and taking inbound calls,
have a genuine interest in sales and meeting KPIs,
be comfortable working in a changing environment,
enjoy working in a busy contact centre,
have a genuine interest in sales and meeting KPIs
be self-driven and goal orientated
have excellent written and oral communications skills,
have strong computer skills,
have full working rights to work in Australia
available to work casually across our span of hours
excellent phone manner
not to mention being as keen as mustard to start Monday 14th January or Wednesday 30th January 2013!
