Due to excellent business growth, we have numerous, newly created roles available for Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
Reporting to a CSR Team Leader, this role will see you joining an energetic and fast paced team environment, which services an energy retailer.
Required to be available for Full-Time hours on a rotating roster between 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday-Friday and Saturday 9.00am to 7.00pm. The key responsibilities of this role is to provide accurate and timely resolutions to inbound customer service calls relating to:
billing
payment information
general service enquiries
new customer connections and verifications
To be successful in this role, you will:
have previous experience in customer service, contact centre experience will be highly regarded,
previous experience working with the energy industry will be highly regarded but not essential,
be comfortable working in a changing environment,
enjoy working in a busy contact centre,
have excellent written and oral communications skills,
have strong computer skills,
possess a pro-active attitude,
have a commitment to your own career and development,
be able to commence Monday 14th January 2013
