Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Regulatory Submissions Coordinator to join our Regulatory department at our global headquarters located on campus at Macquarie University. Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager this administration role is responsible for providing operational support to the global regulatory team to assemble submissions to regulatory authorities, support change requests from regional offices and general project work.

In this permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your organisational skills and ability to follow through to ensure submission documents are correctly formatted and submitted on time.


Key Requirements

Significant administration experience ideally working within a regulated industry
Proven organisational skills as seen through an ability to follow  through on and deliver tasks on time
Demonstrable and strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively across functions
Highly developed attention to detail and experience with maintaining documents to standards.
