We are seeking a Product Manager join our Global Marketing Team at our global headquarters located on campus at Macquarie University. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, this position will ensure effective execution of the processors and connectivity Operational Product Plan. This role will support the delivery of value propositions aligned with the product innovation process, in accordance with organisational strategic objectives and operational plans, and the creating and deployment of process efficiencies related to product creation and realisation.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Supporting and strengthening the skills and competencies within the Product Management team
Mastering strategic insights and product roadmap specifics
The efficient and effective execution of Cochlear's Operational product plan
Responsibility for key project milestones in Processors and Connectivity products/services creation, realisation and launch
Supporting the creation and implementation of process efficiencies to streamline product creation/realisation across teams
To be successful in this role, you must have product marketing or project management experience in roles that include global responsibilities, in either products/services or health/technology environments. Your experience and achievements will demonstrate your strengths in
Stakeholder engagement
Product/services concept creation and realisation
Managing aspects of the product life cycle
Interpreting market research results as to the effectiveness of a value proposition
Functioning within a product/services marketing or development team
Working in multifunctional and multicultural matrix organisations
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma product creation/realisation methodologies, project management tools, and/or aspects of emerging markets would be highly regarded.
