As a Personal Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing both holistic and quality financial advice to customers of Bankwest.
A solid industry track record is essential as we're looking for savvy professionals with the energy and expertise needed to make an impact from day one. You'll work with your local Bankwest Store Manager and the store team to help you develop your referral pipeline.
What's more, with our first-class paraplanning service and innovative software, you'll be able to expedite the conversion process.
Our Personal Financial Advisers have access to a wide variety of resources to help them achieve their targets and goals as well as an excellent support network to help with everything from administration to legal and technical issues.
Requirements:
RG146 compliant in the following generic and specialist areas: Generic knowledge; Managed investments; Life insurance; Superannuation; Financial planning and skills
Proven performance in a financial planning role with exceptional customer focus and sales
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships with stakeholders
Selling and negotiation skills
Experience in evaluating ideas and strategies, plus demonstrating sound judgement based on data and logic
Clear and audible oral communication skills
Remain licensed to operate as an authorised representative of BW Financial Advice
