The aim of the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program at Geelong Private Hospital is to provide our Graduates with the support of an enthusiastic team of preceptors, to help consolidate their clinical knowledge and skills, and to assist with their transition from university to clinical environment. Opportunities for transition into an advanced specialty program may be available at the end of the graduate program.

The program offers:
A personalized recruitment process
A structured 6 month program, beginning on 11th February, 2013
60hr/fortnight contract
2 Rotations
Preceptorship program and Graduate Nurse Coordinator support
Appropriate supernumerary time
An extensive network of support
4 paid study days, which includes Orientation to the hospital and the program
Appraisals each rotation
Mandatory training
eLearning programs
Uniforms provided
Certificate on completion of Graduate Program

We are seeking positive, motivated individuals, who can also demonstrate:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
