Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Right now, our dedicated Customer Service team is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its ranks.
What you'll do:
Working within a growing team in our new Brisbane office and reporting to a very cool customer service manager, you will spend your day speaking to our customers as they call through and also making house calls.
Talking people through their technical problems and solving their queries is what we do well, so once you join the team, you`ll be trained up, given support and expected to do the same.
You will also put your technical knowledge into practice on the road, being the remote hands for the call centre's troubleshooting and installations, the on-site mediator, and the provider for an end-to-end solution in which the customer can sit back and relax whilst we do all the work.

Ideally, our shiny new Customer Service Rep will be enthusiastic, flexible and great with people. They'll have a warm, friendly phone manner and great communication skills. A full valid Driver's License is essential as is previous customer service experience as you contribute towards our growing trophy cabinet for providing excellent customer service!
