Right now, our dedicated Customer Service team is looking for an enthusiastic leader to join its ranks in Melbourne.
What you'll do:
Leading and motivating a team of customer service reps to achieve and exceed KPIs
Coaching your team to maximise their development
Managing operational efficiency through adherence to rosters, attendance and leave
Delivering awesome customer service internally and externally
Reporting and administration duties associated with managing a contact centre team
What you'll need:
Experience in a supervisory role within a call centre environment
Proven leadership and coaching experience
Strong understanding of KPIs
Ability to motivate and influence
Passion to succeed and drive results
Strong communication and change management skills
