Team Leader Banking & Card Services
The purpose of this position is to develop the knowledge of employees across Banking & Card Services team through the provision of training and assisting employees to manage and meet agreed service levels. This role is also responsible for the coordination and management of daily workflows and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Substantial knowledge of the Bank’s general banking operations
Sound knowledge of the commercial market and competitors products
Working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2000, MS Office 2000 and 2003 and Microsoft Server technology
Sound knowledge of industry changes
Ability to manage & coordinate workflow on a day to day basis
Required Experience
2 years experience in a similar role
Preferred - Experience of managing staff in a similar role
Proven customer service orientation
Project Management experience on small to medium projects
